By accessing or using the Myedupady website (www.myedupady.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, parents, guardians, students, and tutors who access our platform.

Myedupady Technology Ltd provides online tutoring, educational resources, e-books, and related educational content for students aged 6–18 and adult learners. Our services include: • One-to-one and group online tutoring sessions • Access to learning resources, worksheets, and revision materials • Purchase and download of educational e-books and resources • KidsinTech programme for technology education • Parent progress reporting and student account management

To access most of our services, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. • Notify us immediately at myedupady@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. • Not share your account credentials with any third party. Accounts are for individual use only. Each student or family unit requires a separate account.

For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. By registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that: • You are the parent or legal guardian of the student. • You consent to the collection and use of the student's information as described in our Privacy Policy. • You are responsible for all activity and purchases made under the account. • You will supervise the student's use of our platform.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($), or NGN (₦) as indicated. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to: • Pay all fees associated with your selected programme or product. • Provide valid payment information. • Authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Trial Classes: Free trial sessions carry no charge and may be cancelled at any time with 24 hours notice. Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days. Individual Session Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled or credited. E-Books & Digital Downloads: Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once a download has been initiated, except where the product is faulty or materially different from its description. All Myedupady tutors are vetted, qualified instructors who agree to our separate Tutor Terms. Tutors are required to: • Conduct sessions professionally and in line with our safeguarding policy. • Prepare adequately for each session. • Report any safeguarding concerns immediately. • Not engage in private arrangements with students outside the Myedupady platform. If you experience any issues with a tutor, please report them immediately via myedupady@gmail.com.

When using our services, you agree not to: • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose. • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or tutors. • Share, reproduce, or distribute our copyrighted content without permission. • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our platform. • Misrepresent your identity or qualifications. • Record sessions without the prior consent of your tutor. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, worksheets, videos, course materials, and software — is the property of Myedupady Technology Ltd or our content partners and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your personal use of downloaded materials for private, non-commercial, educational purposes is permitted.

We are committed to the safety of all students on our platform. Our safeguarding policy requires: • All tutors to hold current DBS checks (where applicable) or equivalent local clearances. • All online sessions to be conducted via our approved platform only. • Parents/guardians to be able to observe sessions upon request. • Any safeguarding concerns to be reported to our designated safeguarding lead immediately. Parents are encouraged to remain accessible during their child's sessions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myedupady Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Results depend on the student's effort, attendance, and individual circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via a notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Myedupady Technology Ltd is registered. We will always endeavour to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
